Description

The aim of the IWCF WIPC level 3 course is to enhance the candidate's knowledge and understanding of well intervention pressure control. The course focuses on the duties and responsibilities of those working at operator level in well completions and/or well servicing operations. The course is delivered through interactive lecturing supported by animations, group discussions and desktop exercises.

The aim of the IWCF WIPC level 4 course is to enhance the candidate's knowledge and understanding of well intervention pressure control and focuses on the duties and responsibilities of those working at supervisor level. The course is delivered through interactive lecturing supported by animations, group discussion and desktop exercises.

The two compulsory modules are:

  • Completions equipment

  • Completions operations

 In addition, the candidates will follow the modules:

  • Wireline operations

  • Coiled tubing operations

  • Subsea operations

Candidates choosing to take the Subsea module must take the Wireline and Coiled tubing modules. 

 Level 3 and 4 training is a combined class
